Conveniently located near the Great American Casino, our stay was made enjoyable by the clean and spacious rooms. The kids loved the pool area, and we also enjoyed visiting a local winery for some family-friendly wine tasting. We stayed with my parent, which made the trip lovely.

The positive experience of checking in with attentive staff made a strong impression, showcasing outstanding customer service and great vibes. However, arriving at the property revealed filthy surroundings, including a parking lot littered with waste and offensive smoke wafting from nearby smokers. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities, such as napkins at breakfast and maintenance of the bathroom facilities, sharply contrasted with the initial good impression, leaving much to be desired.

The lobby area of Quality Inn was inviting and well-maintained, creating a nice first impression. The breakfast spread included hot items like sausages and scrambled eggs, which I found quite satisfying. My room was spacious, and I appreciated the comfortable bed, providing a good night’s sleep. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned, and I noticed signs of neglect, with old towels and unvacuumed floors. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking area. I ran into issues with my check-in due to a surprise security deposit requirement, which wasn’t mentioned in advance. This made for a frustrating start. During my stay, I noticed the staff reception fluctuated. some were friendly while others seemed indifferent. Overall, despite a few redeeming qualities, the state of cleanliness and unexpected charges impacted my experience significantly.
